Taking in my surroundings

We have an inversion table in our guest bedroom where I meditate every morning for 15 minutes, hanging from my ankles upside down.  When I walk into the room to meditate, I usually close the door, but today I decided to leave it open because Rosie was sitting outside the room and Allison had gone out for a run, so there wouldn't be any noise in the house and that way Rosie could feel less lonely.

I meditated for 15 minutes, as always with my eyes closed, and toward the end of the guided meditation, when I was asked to open my eyes and take in my surroundings, here's what I saw:
